2023 so far has been such a trip! Other than Inflation, Tiktok/Social Media Wars, possible Fungal pandemic in Flordia(kinda like The Last Of Us) and all the other crazy stuff in the world, I have been pretty damn good. Taken a few steps in my voice over journey that I wanted to update on. Best if I did it here, because Newgrounds seems like a safe haven to me.

So last year, around this time, Saturday Morning TV held auditions to dub a Korean based show called Teteru, and (spoiler alert) I was cast in it along with quite a few of my VA friends. You all might know 1 of them here. Some guy named Corey or whatever. It was my first dubbing job and had a great experience working on it. But since then I hadn't booked much, mostly because of me. Due to living and financial situations, I couldn't audition much. Fast forward to later last year, and focusing more into the start of this year, said friend Corey gave me an audition for a Dating Simulator game based on a pretty popular series shown both on Youtube and here on Newgrounds. A little thing called Spooky Month! I auditioned and was cast as a character named Raccoon, whom I feel will be one of the most fun characters to interact with in game. The team developing the game, "Tender Loving Cannibal" that based on Spooky Month 5's beloved "villian" who is voiced by buddy Corey Levier, has been such a wonderful group of individuals that, through an unfair amount of adversity, have grown to gain both my trust and my admiration. Anyways, here is an amazing piece of art, made by a very talented artist that goes by the name DaniDoods, based on my character, Raccoon.

But it doesn't stop there. I have been able to participate in quite a few projects, that even though I didn't see financial compensation, it helped me to practice both my writing skills and my overall performance in voice over and in editing my audio. I was brought in on a friend's audio drama based on popular TV series, Star Trek, called "Endless Vigilance", which can be streamed on Spotify. I play Senator Helius Tr'Pirraal, a romulan senator, who i believe has a short but very interesting story to tell. Cold hearted and very strict and proper, but a trying father. My character makes his debut on Episode 9.

And lastly, I was part of a very interesting project that was more practice than anything but came out to be a very educating experience. It was the idea of voice acting friend, Chelsea Krause, to put on a weekend long "festival" where all writing, voicing and production were to be all completed within 48 hours all based on the prompt "See No Evil, Hear No Evil and Speak No Evil". I was a writer of one of the 3 audio drama skits that was given the "Speak No Evil" prompt. It took me about 5 or 6 hours to write and alot of coffee, since I started at 1am. I was also given a part to voice for the "Hear No Evil" prompt as well, thankfully the character was basically written for my personality. All 3 stories were all done within the 48 hours given and came out BRILLIANT! You can hear all 3 on Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Spotify.

Other than those projects, I've been auditioning and practicing, as all voice actors should. I hope to work on more this coming next 3 months, that way I can give another update. Til then, keep on moving forward and chase your dreams!

Hi yall!!! I just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year! 2022 was such a ride with so many great happening in my Voice Over Journey. But this is only the beginning! 2023 is gonna be another big step forward!

Im so happy that the much anticipated Voice Acting Collab is finally finished and published!

This was planned originally as a 2 part project but due to unforseen circumstances, it was pushed back to today. But the hard work that was given for this project is both amazing and inspiring. We all helped one another to get the project finished within the 3 month timeliness and is such a telling of how our voice acting community helps one another in so many ways. There is nothing like this community of talented individuals!!!

For this year's collab, I was fortunate to lend both vocals and editing talents to 3 total projects. I lent my voice for the sequel skit to "Sorry I Missed Your Call" from last year's Newgrounds Collab as Terry. I also helped edit and produce "De Dramatic Drama of De Dramatic Duo", basically a short telenovela type story that is overly dramatic. And then I voiced, edited and produced "Hatman And Wig". I was Wig!!!

This all came out so great! You can definitely tell that everyone put in all their love and dedication to Newgrounds in this project. GO CHECK IT OUT!!!!

This morning, I woke and did what everyone else usually does, immediately checked my phone. After checking my usual social media apps, laughing at a few videos, I made my way here to Newgrounds just to see if i had any notifications involving the VAC14 contest. I have never been more excited to see the little bell at the top of the page light up with notifications!

Was it a comment on a post? Was it a reaction to a comment i made? Or was it what I had been anticipating for, the final results for the contest? As I opened the notifications page, my eyes widened! Twas the results! (WTF am I doing? Who says "Twas" anymore?)

To see my name anywhere on these lists is an honor in itself. The acknowledgement in the art you create brings such a euphoric magical feeling I cannot fathom. I enjoyed each round to the best of my capabilities, curiously listening to others submissions to compare, in my mind, how I fare. And there were some amazing submissions!!! Doing that definitely pushed me to give as much of myself in each round and definitely helped me grow as a voice artist.

Oh! You're still here? You have been reading patiently for my results, huh? Well, wait no longer. Again, if it had not been for everyone's amazing talent, it wouldn't have pushed me to give my all in each round. And the fruits of my labor flourished. I TOOK 1ST PLACE!!!

The experience will never be forgotten. The interaction between fellow participants will continue. The excitement and motivation that has filled me from this will fuel and push me forward! Thank you to all involved, from judges to participants to those who supported and took the time to listen. I consider this a big step forward in my VA journey. Milestone achieved!

Hi everyone! I just found this little blog spot here on my profile. I don't really blog much so ill just post on what I've done here sofar. First thing I was involved in for Newgrounds was the Voice Over Collab Part 2. I was involved 2 skits ("Sorry I Missed Your Call" as Terry and "The Jack Serious Imposter" as Actor 2). Since then, I joined in the Voice Acting Contest (VAC14) and have ranked 2nd in the first round ("Chasin The Heist") and 1st in the second round ("Grief and Loss"). I just submitted for the 3rd and final round and i am super excited for you all to hear it! It's called "Rat Problem". The contest has definitely helped me grow as a voice actor, a skit writer and an editor. So regardless on what happens with the contest, I've already benefited from it. I also got to hear alot of super talented voice actors and their projects. I hope you guys enjoy my work and i hope to make many many more for you!
